Seascape Residents are welcome to enjoy our wonderful waterfront park on Galvseton Bay. Please pick up your trash and dog waste when you leave. We have re-constructed the pier for safety and added a gate to discourage unauthorized users. If you see someone on the pier or in the park that does not belong, you can ask them to leave or call the Seabrook Police Department.

We have recently made some upgrades to our park infrastructure, but have much more work to do. The SPOA Board will be revealing a master plan in 2020 that will lay out some of our goals and objectives. This park is our primary community asset and we need to make significant investments in order to maximize the benefit to our membership.  Come watch summer fireworks with your friends and neighbors, fish from the pier, or watch sailboats on Galveston Bay. It is a great place to meet your neighbors and enjoy the sea breeze.

For a key to the gate, owners can show proof of residence and a check/cash in the amount of $50.00 to SPOA by attending the next SPOA meeting or

This deposit is reimbursable if you return the key to SPOA.
